My Story

I’m Amazigh-American and I’ve had an interest in robotics since I was a little kid. Some of my earliest memories are of being given remote/radio controlled cars/robots and always taking them apart completely, to learn how the components fit together to make them work.

I don't believe in a status quo because I've been breaking it for my entire life. I was born without a heartbeat and I survived. When I survived, doctors advised that I’d severely disabled and require a caretaker my entire life but I was in gifted and talented programs throughout my childhood and graduated from high school a year early. In 2016, I when I moved to NYC with $10,000 and no college, I was expected to fail but now I'm a STEM educator and independent robotics developer who's working with the NASA JPL on a project.

My life and experiences have taught me that impossible is a mentality and that anyone can achieve their dreams if they can adapt as the world changes, learn from failure, see the bigger picture, plan for the long run and stay determined even when things get rough.

My mission in life is to do something that helps to push the human race closer to becoming a Type 1 civilization. (See Kardashev Scale)
